Gentle Ben’s, a fast pace, high energy university restaurant and bar, is now hiring full and part-time kitchen prep stewards with a fun, friendly, and energetic personality to provide excellent guest service.
- Capable of working in a team atmosphere.
- Able to multi-task and consolidate steps.
- Maintain dish machine and dish area
- Check chemicals regularly
- Wash and sanitize all dishes
- Sweep and mop dining room floors
- Help maintain clean restrooms
- Re-stock all hand towel and soap dispensers
- Assist cooks with portioning of food items
- Check and remove dishes from bus stations throughout restaurant.
