Gentle Ben’s, a fast pace, high energy university restaurant and bar, is now hiring full-time floor supervisor with a fun, friendly, and energetic personality to provide excellent guest service.
- Five years restaurant experience required.
- Supervise all front of the house staff
- Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
- Maintain outstanding guest service
- Train front of the house staff
- Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operation.
- Inspects kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness, proper ambience, and maintenance needs.
- Regulates daily labor and food costs.
- Enforces policies and procedures
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be familiar with the daily operation of a POS system.
- Must have the ability to problem solve.
- Check out staff, close and secure the building
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment.
- Follow all Arizona liquor laws.
- Able to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Must be detailed oriented.
