Our cocktail servers are the best of the fast paced service staff. Only hiring experienced cocktailer with verifiable high volume experience. We are a large venue with two floors, high enery, fast pace, you must be well organized and have knowledge of drinks, beers, tray service and ability to use POS system quickly for order entry. Must be able to maintain calm demeanor, have a positive attitude and wear a smile.
